I’ve been without my landline since Friday.
Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. When I try to call out the number dials and I then get a continuous tone.
My internet is ok. I don’t have a smart phone and when I’ve called customer support I can’t speak to anyone to log a fault and am sent a link via sms which is very unhelpful.
Please log this fault and send someone to investigate.

I’ve just done this but have to say this is a very difficult way to log a fault for someone who is not tech savvy.
Nearly a week without a landline.
How much longer will I need to wait?
