Hi Steve,

 

Line test is picking up a potential issue so I've raised this to Openreach for investigation, they will investigate and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Hi, Michelle!
I've tested my phone in the main bedroom socket - also dead.
Also I took the phone over to my parent's (just across the road) and tested it in their socket - it works fine.
An engineer should have called out to me on Tuesday (1-6pm), but nobody arrived. Openreach, I think?
I live in  small block of flats (12 flats per block)
Had a landline for years and it's never gone 'dead'.
Luckily Internet all OK.
