Landline not working

Hi,I reported a fault ( 13599388) on my Mum's landline over a week ago. An engineer has been on his way for over a week to check the exchange. There have been no updates and she is paying for a service she can't access. Can anyone please give me an update? Cheers.

Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved.

I've spoken to Openreach this morning and they have advised that the next update on the fault should be available on 23/11/23.

I've spoken to Openreach and they have provided the below update.

 

Apologies for the delay and inconvenience, I have checked the fault from my end and as per the latest update the fault is linked with a Major Service Outage. The earliest possible completion date is 19-11-2023.

 

I will check on the fault ticket again on Monday for updates.

Traffic Management booked with (4 way lights) on for 15/11 at 20:00 2 nights. Next review date is 17/11.

Openreach have updated the fault ticket to advise that they are waiting on an estimated timescale for when work will be completed.

 

I will post back as soon as I have further information.

I've checked the fault ticket and Openreach have advised that this fault is part of a multi cable breakdown and traffic management is required so the engineers can work on this fault.

 

Further updates are due today from Openreach and I will post back on this thread as soon as I have additional information.
