Hello there Hetty228&, 

 

We have just checked on the account and do notice that there is currently an engineer which is scheduled to come at home here broadband services are installed to double check on the matter currently affecting landline services.

 

We would like to inform you that the engineer is scheduled to arrive today, March 31, 2025, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. It’s important that someone is present at home during this time, as the engineer will be unable to proceed with the work without an individual there. Thank you for your understanding

 

Lastly, I do want to apologise for any difficulties that this may have caused and assure you that the engineer scheduled will be able to resolve the matter at hand.

Staff are not back on the forum until Monday as they work normal office hours.

 

I suggest you phone as they are vulnerable.

 

Are they registered with TalkTalk as rich? If not it might be worth pursuing this too.
