I am now over a couple of weeks past when my digital voice service should have gone live, however when I plug my phone into the digital voice unit there is no dialing tone just a recorded voice saying ‘device is not registered’. Luckily the copper landline is still working.
I have phoned 03451720034 and was told they would email the tech team. However I have received no further information or updates on progress.
