My landline is not working so I reported it through the chatline on 25/3/24. The person I chatted with said it was fixed. It isn't fixed so today 26/3/24 I contacted the chat line again and was told some tests were to be run and I should contact them again after 20 minutes. I tried to do this but some sort of AI kept asking questions that meant we just went in circles. I wish to complain about the service being provided.

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
