Morning,
We've now received an update to advise that the fault has been cleared and closed by Openreach. Is your voice service now working ok for you?
Thanks
Michelle

Morning Stevie,
The fault has been issued to a line engineer who will be looking at this today so we should hopefully know more this afternoon.
Thanks
Michelle

Good afternoon
I've re-checked and the fault is still under investigation with Openreach, no additional updates as yet but I'll check again first thing in the morning.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Stevie,
I'm sorry to hear this. The line test has detected a potential external line fault so I've passed this straight over to Openreach now to complete an external line investigation. I'll re-check the fault later on today to see if we've received any further updates.
Thanks
Michelle

Many thanks Keith, appreciated!
This happened earlier this year, a BT engineer fixed it, it took about a week.
Will keep an eye on my post and updates, thanks again!

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
