I have a fibre system and all devices are working effectively except for landline phone. There is a dial tone, and you can phone other numbers and they ring out and you can receive incoming rings but in all instances there is no voice. This problem I have had for the last 3 days. All suggestions welcome, please. Thanks

Pleased the old off and on trick worked.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I rebooted the Grandstream, without rebooting the router, and it solved my problem.

Is this a full fibre contract?

 

Which router do you have?

 

What have you tried to rectify this? Rebooting the router and / grandstream (if you have one)?
