Landline not connected to Talk Talk on day one of service 17/01/2025. Fault first reported 18 / 01/2025. Engineer arrived 22/01/2025 confirmed that line not connected at exchange. Many chats / fault calls from my mobile produces outreach engineer appointment on 30/01/2025. Fault not repaired no contact with engineer. ..Unable to speak to anyone or chat for three hours. Now desperate for hospital appointment calls!!!!!
