My landline number has been changed without my permission

My landline number has changed without our permission, or knowledge. Please change it back again to our original number that is listed on my account, and that we have been using for over 20 years. Thank you

We've received an update to advise that Openreach have resolved a potential fault. Is your voice service now working ok?

I've now raised this as a non-appointed task so Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Hello Chris, yes the number I've written in my notes is the number read back to me when I dial 17070 from my landline
