I cannot find a way to connect with TalkTalk engineers about my line which is not working. Not even the button to tap for connection on my message re connectiom issues is working. Is something wrong at your end, or can't we do an online chat any more. I am a vulnerable customer and need help urgently.

I'd be grateful if you would escalate for me. I had the same problem a month or so ago and it was sorted by e-mail with Hussain in the complaints department. But it seems even harder now to online chat with anyone - all roads that used to connect with agents now come to this site. I'm totally out of my depth here. I'll try the number on my pay-as-you-go but if they take a long while I shall run out of credit.

I don't have a smartphone, only a pay as you go, and usually use my landline which is not working. I cannot find a way to do an online text chat which I have always been able to do in the past. I am 83 years old and a registered as very vulnerab'e.

You will need to have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @goldengleamhelp.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
