After the severe weather last night we have had trees fallen in the area and now have no phone service or internet connection. Been trying to report this online and getting nowhere! They are trying to do line tests then stop and say try later. Can someone please help? What do I do to get this resolved? I live in G71 5JB postcode (Uddingston).

Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved. Is everything working ok now?

I can see that the fault has been assigned to a line engineer this morning. I will check on this fault later this afternoon for additional updates.

I've checked and this fault is still with Openreach, no additional updates have been provided at the moment.

 

I will continue to monitor for further updates.

OK thanks. I've raised this to Openreach for further investigate. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Yes we still have no landline or internet. I am aware other providers are down in the area too. If you could log this issue and arrange for someone to rectify this asap please? Our services have been down since 10pm last night. There was no point logging it at that time as the weather was still really severe.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Could you just confirm that it's still not working and we'll log it over to Openreach for investigation

I think I have done this now. Really frustrated as my mobile does not get a good reception for calls or internet in the house. This is taking ages. I just need this logged and fixed asap. My postcode should have helped.
