Hi, I've recently cancelled my unlimited phone calls boost. Am I still able to receive or make calls as my phone line is dead

If you'd like us to arrange the engineer visit can you confirm:

 

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

It's the only one. There is a filter plugged in to the socket with telephone and router plugged in. The router is working fine

Yes phone is plugged in to main socket and I have also tried a different phone
