I have been without a phone line for over 48hrs. I wanted to raise a complaint but the chat bot said there was no one to chat with until tomorrow. It's frustrating trying to get hold of anyone

Can you please update your community profile as Gliwmaeden2 has requested, to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

There's no Talktalk support after 9pm on Chat or 7pm on the phone, @Nickg3, on weekdays. 

 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Forum staff will be back on here from breakfast time.
