I have contacted Taltalk twice, on 04/04/23 and 17/04/23 and been given to complaint codes because my phone line is dead. On each occasion I spoke tosome very nice people in South Africa who passed me on to technical services in India (I believe). On Both occasions I was asured that BT had been contacted and the problem would be solved in a couple of days. My neighbours who are not with Taltalk have had their's fixed the following day.
I have now been witjhout my land line for 23 days. I am 83 and have older sibling who need to contact me in cases of emergency.
My next move is too leave Talktalk after 30 years.
