Phone line no dial tone - just engaged tone

This morning we are unable to make calls as the phone line just has an engaged tone.

@AlanRE, just use the ordinary Service Status Dashboard link from Help with your Service in the forum menu.

 

You don't need to be signed in to see that.

Thanks Michelle,

I had to raise it here as the online fault checker doesn't work either - just threw me back to the menu with "an error has occurred".

Apologies, an incident has been raised for this and the engineers are working to restore service as soon as possible. I'll post back here as soon as we receive an additional update.
