There is nothing stopping you from buying a UPS yourself though. You will need to work out the combined wattage of the router, ONT, Grandstream if you have one) and if a cordless phone, the wattage of the base unit's power adapter. Then find a suitable UPS with enough output power outlets that can support the combined load for the backup time that you want.
