Apologies, I've moved your last post into your own topic and I will take a look now. Can I just confirm, do you have a FTTP connection please? Could you add your home telephone and name to your Community Profile please. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number
