Hi, I removed unlimited UK calls and international call boosts some time ago yet I'm still being charged for them, have checked the set up and they are not selected, but my dashboard says I have 4 not 2 boosts active, I have caller display and anonymous caller shown as active which I want to retain.
Any advice welcome.

If My Account wasn't displaying the correct information you need to investigate whether you can get a refund.
Can you remember exactly when you removed the boosts?
