Are you getting a pop up box to confirm in My Account? If not, make sure that any ad blockers are disabled, pop ups and redirects allowed, or try a different browser. If you cannot do it via My Account then contact customer services to do it for you. The support team here can do it as well, but it may be a few days before they get through the holiday backlog.
