If you have not been sent one, its likely that TalkTalk won't ask for them back.
The YouView boxes have long been customers to keep and are no longer supported or used for spares.
Which Router do you have? Depending on the model, this may or may not be required to be returned.
In the past, it has been possible for customers to use local recycling facilities, with staff noting this fact upon the returns register.
We now have a new team on the forum, so whether this is still the case I'm not sure.
To confirm the above I have copied in @nomfezeko-TT and would ask if it can checked with the forum manager and advise further.
If though, you have received a bag and already returned the items, could you kindly let us know.
