Digital Voice - I am an old woman and have a pendant alarm.   How will I receive details from TalkTalk regarding the changes later this summer?      I really do need to chat to someone as soon as possible please!!

@Kaypippi46, I have removed what was probably your account number beside your name.

 

Please remember that this is a public thread, so you don't want to connect your name and other personal information details in the information you display.

 

That information should be in the profile area, which only you and staff can access. 

 

To add your landline phone number or account number to your profile, please go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
