How can I double check that I don’t need to do anything to ensure continuation of my landline service after the digital switch?  I have kept the same number since moving to this house although I have changed to TalkTalk as my Broadband, internet and phone provider in the last few years.

Hi @SilverSue49 Thanks for getting in touch. You don’t need to do anything right now to keep your landline service. TalkTalk will contact you when it’s time to move your phone service to our digital network as part of the nationwide switchover. When that happens, we’ll guide you through the process and make sure your current number stays the same.

For now, your service will continue as normal, and we’ll keep you updated well in advance of any changes.
