Why is TalkTalk not able to fix this - it has been days and no one tell me what the problem is

Swiched to Full fibre 150 , internet is working, but the phone line is not working. Just have a message on the cordless 'check phone line'

TalkTalk can not tell me what the problem is and it has been down for 4 days.

You need to tell us a bit more about what the problem is before we can offer any advice.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
