The switchover to digital

I am a tele-care user in Southampton and government advice on TV advert recommends telling my service provider in advance to ensure no problems during switchover. No use telling this by phone as the answering system doesn’t seem to understand the problem.

So when landline phones are being switched to digital, which could stop telecare alarms working we will make sure yours keep's working through the switchover.
