VOIP not working

I had full fibre 150 installed on 22 June.  The internet works fine, but VOIP not working.  I installed the VOIP as instructed, but the blue phone light is not lit.  I believe others have had the same problem.

Can you help please

What happens if you connect the phone to the Grandstream, then the Grandstream to the ONT in place of the Eero & perform a reset on it? If the phone then registers, as it often does, then reconnect the Eero to the ONT & the Grandstream to the Eero.

I assume that you have the Eero router & Grandstream ATA, is that correct?
