I am not getting the interrupted dial tone indication when I have voicemail messages waiting (as verified by checking 1571). This problem has ongoing since TT fixed the last major landline outage and is not resolved by the usual "switch the router off and on" routine recommended to users in other threads.
Please will you fix this problem URGENTLY, as the service is useless without it.

Hi, I am having the exact same problem, been speaking to the technical department for over an hour and problem still not resolved. This issue has been escalated 3 times!
