digital landline alarm dialer

I have an INFORMA dialer which auto-dials my mobile phone when an alarm condition is detected. I need to know whether this will work with a digital line BEFORE we are moved to a digital line. Have talktalk tested their digital lines with this device? If not, will you be checking it out? There must be huge amounts of these dialers installed nationwide and many customers will need to know if they can still be used. If they are not compatible, is TalkTalk able to suggest an alternative dialer which would be compatible with alarm systems which use the INFORMA dialer? Please don't ask me to refer to my installer, because I am the installer!

It is highly unlikely that TalkTalk would have tested these, as it's not feasible to check the many thousands of devices that use the internet.

I suggest this is more appropriately asked if the manufacturer if they will work with VOIP /  Digital Voice as it is of a generic nature rather than specific to one ISP.

Also TalkTalk (not any other ISP) would not recommend devices that are outside of their responsibilities as an ISP.

Perhaps there is a forum where questions can be raised for Informa products.
