Unfortunately TalkTalk probably don't know but you would be contacted befotehand and will then have a chance to discuss your needs.

 

If you have special requirements you will not be transferred to full fibre until those needs are met.

 

Have you registered as vulnerable? If not I'd recommend you check this page and do so.
