Hi there @MalcG2, thank you for reaching out. As you did mention that you do not have landline with us but with BT kindly, please contact BT for further assistance, thanks.

Hello Mandisa-TT

sorry for not replying sooner. To confirm - I do not have a TalkTalk landline- it is with BT. I do have a Talk Talk account 'Talk Saver' -04376066. As indicated this worked very well for years, dialling 1877 followed by the number I wanted - usually international. It is this procedure that recently failed -'The number you dialled is not recognised'. BT recently changed its home phone service and now requires adding the area code to all outgoing calls. Could this be the reason?

Thanks for your time

@MalcG2, it's helpful if you could complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

Hi @MalcG2 I have used the email address to locate your account and I was not able to locate a broadband/landline account, do you have an account with TAlkTalk?
