I have no telephone line... the phone screen states ' check your line'

If you still have an internet connection, @jJJNicholson, run a diagnostic check via My Connection [go via Service Status Dashboard in the forum menu].

 

There's no longer staff support on the forum, so you'll need to use Chat [from My Account] or phone using a mobile to 03451 720088 to follow up.
