Hi
Does anyone experiencing with connection issue with iPhone, iPad and Face time? When these devices are idle, they lose connection, meaning, when on wake, there's no internet on the devices. I either need to wait for 2 to 3 minutes for it to reconnect or just toggle the wifi off and on to connect instantly. And with Face time call, it fails to call however no issue with messanger or whatsapp calls. Also no issue with android devices, tv, mac or pc either on wifi or LAN. I've also checked my phone on friend's and work's wifi and didnt have any issue, so i believe it's the router connectivity issue with iphone, ipad and facetime. AI chats also acknowledged that's it's a common bug. I tried to connect to talktalk chat also downloaded the RouteThisHelp but the chat kept me waiting for hours, never return back to me.
