I have lost my iPhone and it is switched off, so I cannot use "find a phone"
Is there any way of knowing when and where it was last used? Or should I cancel it?

Are you using this in conjunction with a TalkTalk sim?
If so please see the pinned post at the top of the forum for details on how to access mobile support

If not there should be a way to lock your phone if turned on to be used by another person. Someone here may be able to help but the answer is probably in your Apple Account.
Thank you.
