currently my mobile rings only about 5 times before disconnecting. This doesn't give me enough time to get to the phone and answer the call.

Are there settings that can extend the number of rings?

thanks

And @kanya-TT, we're talking about a mobile service here, Voicemail Plus is for home phones.

hello

I found the following instructions from a ChatGPT query

Extending the length of rings You can choose to set the amount of time your mobile rings before going to voicemail to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. To change the time follow these steps: 1. Using your phones keypad, enter **61*121*11* 2. Then enter the number of seconds you would like it to ring for (5, 10,15, 20, 25 or 30) e.g.  to allow your phone to ring for 25 seconds before going to voicemail input **61*121*11* 24# and the press call.

You'll then receive a message 'Call forwarding registration was successful' which confirms your request has been updated.

Would the above be accurate ?

Not sure I want to pay for the limited ring period of 32 secs.

Thank you for your patience. We do offer a feature called Voicemail Plus for an additional cost of £1. With this feature, your phone will ring for approximately 32 seconds, which equates to about 12 rings before the caller is directed to voicemail. Please note that this timing is fixed and cannot be altered. I will send you an email with more details and clarification about this feature. If you would like to proceed with adding it, please let me know.

Hey there, surfing69. Thank you for getting back to us. I want to have a look if we still offer those features.
