I transferred my late husband's broadband/landline and his mobile accounts to my name. Now I can't see my mobile account in my online dashboard. I am told I have lost access to the mobile account and that this is the 'systems' fault. Nothing can be done about it.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have they done about it.
