please can you remove my MFA I need to set it up on a new phone

Was this a TalkTalk person who set up the MFA, or a possible scammer who has the authentication codes set to him?

Or if an indepent person you may to approach them to get this removed.

However this sounds like a mobile issue rather than an online security issue and as such mobile support is not available via this forum.

Iphone, my account was hacked so an IT guy secured my account and got rid of the hacker but we need to remove his MFA and move it onto my phone please
