Alternatively: +44 203 441 5550. Do let us know how you get on.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. @ferguson appears so, but this is the i fo later on of yiu have already left.

What if I've already left the UK?

If you've already left the UK and haven't activated roaming, we'll do everything we can to activate it for you. It isn't always possible, because your mobile phone will be connected to an international network. Please call us from an alternative landline.

We recommend you turn your mobile phone off and back on again approximately four hours after contacting us.

Oh, I thought that's what the rest of the article covers?

Perhaps @Lorrainef could reach out to her mobile colleagues and clarify, please?

Interesting. The point could be clearer i.e. does it mean you cannot make international calls from the UK?

Hi @AndyP52 following on from the good advice of @fr8ys

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Using-TalkTalk-Mobile-abroad/ta-p/2204471

Gives further information and advice the gist of which is that you need to setup overseas usage before you travel.

Another interesting factlet is that, according the page, overseas calling is not possible from Talktalk mobile phones after 28/8/25.
