Sorry to hear you have lost some friends.
Callsafe as an application, is being run down but will continue to work for those already signed up.
The lack of your dashboard may well be a symptom of this and even if available, many added numbers were showing as number withheld with no name, so you may not be able to identify them either.
As you say, they won't be calling you, so I'd suggest you leave them there as there is no limit to the number of approved contacts you can add, so their being there will not affect the workings of the system.
