Unless you have created a port forwarding rule, used UPnP or put a device in the DMZ, this port cannot get through the router in an inbound connection attempt. However, that does not mean that some device of yours is not establishing a session in an outbound direction that would use this port in its return direction.
With so little information to go in in your post, I think it is over to you to investigate further.
