Can I Disable CG-NAT on my Network? [Enabling Port-Forwarding]

I have setup a Port-Forwarding rule in my Eero app that should allow for my friends to connect to a Minecraft server I have setup on a separate PC however whilst I could connect to the PC fine (through the Port-Forwarded IP and IP Port) my friends couldnt connect?
Whilst trying to diagnose why they couldn't connect I came across a post that mentioned that CG-NAT essentially blocks Port-Forwarding and apparently TalkTalk uses CG-NAT?

Can I confirm whether my Router is using CG-NAT?
If my router is using CG-NAT could this be disabled or could something be tweaked to allow Port-Forwarding to work?

Upon checking DNS settings (unmodified - still on Default DNS - I noticed yours was Customised) I did notice it had a set primary and secondary IPV4 IP on the default setting?
Also does the DHCP & NAT IP need to be the same as the server PC IP to port forward it?

I attempted doing this through the Eero App using my PCs IPV4 address as the Static port (I didnt touch anything except adding the IP address as my PCs IPV4 address and changing the port to 25565 (the default port Minecraft uses) using TCP & UDP
It didnt work with this setup.
I tried using YouGetSignal to see if itd detect any open ports on that PC, using the default gateway (I checked through ipconfig in Command Prompt) or its IPV4 address and it said all of the ports were closed (it was still connected to my router via Ethernet)

By the way I am making sure to blur out stuff from MAC Addresses and IPs of my devices just for my own security. If those details are required/would help in diagnosing this please mention

I don't have a specific answer to be honest, but if you go to the eero app settings there are a number of options available. Obviously, proceed at your own risk!
