Hi, I am trying to set the homework time but it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try again later ... this has been the same for weeks now

Hi Thirza, we had an incident open for this but it was fixed 2 weeks ago today. I've checked in your account and it appears to be working, but its giving an incorrect thanks for making payment message.
I've raised a fault ticket for the incorrect message.
