Homework Time is really poor

I did set Homework Time from 6pm till 7pm. Fine, it is working.
Then my wife came asking me if I can change it the other way round, ie. from 7pm till next day 6pm. Ultimately it means NO homework time between 6pm-7pm. You will get technical error when trying to save that range 6pm-7pm.
And there is no way to define more than one time slot, ie. 7pm-10pm and 6am-6pm or anything like that.
So if there was to be any gaming, I would like it to happen only in the afternoon between 6pm-7pm, for maximum 1h. The rest of the time no gaming websites.
Any clues how to achieve that?

You do only have that one time slot to set.
