Could you please clarify the status of my full fibre connection? I have been waiting for approximately four months, but I have yet to receive full fibre service. I would like to know if the installation will take the full contract length.
On a separate note, my current connection is extremely slow. Is it possible that you are considering dropping the copper connection, as it has become increasingly sluggish and frequently times out throughout the day? Every member of my family is experiencing poor connectivity. One of my children is attending university and requires an internet connection to complete her assignments online and participate in remote learning. She needs the internet to be consistently available, particularly for online semester exams. The current connection is simply inadequate for her needs. My other child is in secondary school and requires internet access for online homework, specifically for his core subjects (mathematics, science, and English).
If you are unable to provide adequate service, please inform me promptly.
