I need talktalk.net to unblock norton

My PC is playing up and Norton are trying to resolve it but they're being blocked by talktalk. How can I get taltalk to unblock them and the logmein app

Have you tried turning off the router for 30 minutes?

Hi Ady,
When Norton were blocked I disabled scam protection but they still couldn't obtain remote access, saying that it was still being blocked by TalkTalk. Are there any other settings that would be preventing access?

Scam protection is already showing turned off on your account. It would be Scam Protection that would normally block the use of logmein.

When Norton Support tried to get remote access (at my request) they advised that they were blocked by TalkTalk and were unable to proceed with system improvement changes I have paid for. I'm aware that allowing 3rd parties remote access can be a security issue and TalkTalk quite rightly blocks these attempts as standard, but if I need a known and trusted 3rd party to carry out maintenance work remotely, how can I do this?
