Scam emails

I am being inundated with emails supposedly  from Talk Talk saying my computer security has lapsed and it needs renewing and click on the link.

Am I being scammed?

You have posted on a very old thread.

 

If you think or suspect a link is from a spammer it should not be included in a post so as to protect others from clicking on it.

 

If you wish to raise an issue, please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

Me too I have just sat here forwarding about 15 messages to phishing@talktalk.co.uk I have had 5 in 10 minutes!!!

Absolutely that's a scam. If you hover over the sender address you'll see it isn't TalkTalk.

@Merlehardcastle if you've read the previous response the answer is yes.

 

TalkTalk have requested that spam mail be reported to them.

These are scam mails. If you check the actual sender it won't be a TalkTalk email address.

 

Just delete them and don't click on the links.
