My TalkTalk Supersafe on my phone seems to have stopped working with my safari browser I have an iphone running IOS 18.0.1 - it states permissions required & I follow the set up procedures the extension is enabled but nothing pops up to let me allow permissions ? Does anyone else have this or know how to solve the issue?

Thanks Ady - there has just been a further update to iOS 18.1 & i have tried again & it has now worked !! Thank you for your reply’s though - Jacquie

In that case please open supersafe on the phone, click on the avatar top right then click on app information then click on the version number 7 times. When you've done that scroll to the bottom and click on send the log. Use the email supersafeboost@talktalkplc.com make sure to put your community username in the subject of the mail.

Hi Ady - Thanks for the reply yes that is the 1st thing I tried removing apps & reinstalled & it is still an issue - Jacquie

Hi pjacquie10, have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it? Its often the quickest way to resolve this type of issue.
