emails asking me to buy virus cove or they will cancel my account

I keep getting emails about they will cut off my account if I dont update my virus cover how do i get  in touch with talktalk to complain I keep clicking on live chat but nothing comes up, I am thinking of changing my intenet I have not had a problem before
