Looks like there is a DNS problem (either a real one, or blocking going on) as:
d:\>nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk
Address: 79.99.41.130
But try this using the TalkTalk DNS Name Servers and you get this:
d:\>nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 79.79.79.80
Server: public-dns-b.as9105.net
Address: 79.79.79.80
*** public-dns-b.as9105.net can't find radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk: Non-existent domain
Perhaps your tech people can look into it and see what is going on!

Yes! Just tried it again - still broken!
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk
Address: 79.99.41.130
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 79.79.79.80
Server: public-dns-b.as9105.net
Address: 79.79.79.80
*** public-dns-b.as9105.net can't find radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk: Non-existent domain
For good measure:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>tracert 79.79.79.80
Tracing route to public-dns-b.as9105.net [79.79.79.80]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
1 24 ms 29 ms 25 ms 192.168.1.1
2 32 ms 27 ms 29 ms host-92-28-160-1.as13285.net [92.28.160.1]
3 34 ms 32 ms 32 ms public-dns-b.as9105.net [79.79.79.80]
Trace complete.

You are correct! (I'm at work)
We are trying this on multiple lines;
The original problems was reported by a colleague and we diagnosed the problem/issue on his TT Line (and we also did the TT router reset)
I then repeated the tests on my mothers TT line (using a VPN connection - I have a Draytek behind her TT router).
Both are using vanilla TT routers and set-up

Hi
Are you currently trying this from a TalkTalk Line ? Your current IP address is non talktalk.
Can you update your 'Community Profile' with your live TalkTalk account so I can pass this across to our network teams.
Thanks
Karl.

Karl,
Thanks for the offer, but no, as this is not an isolated issue, we get the same results on multiple TT routers / customers / BB lines.
We have also tried a full "factory reset" on one router, and the issue remains.

Hi
I'm using an asus router here, but on a TT connection, testing from works laptop and home PC so not seeing the issue.
Would you like to swap out the router and see if it still fails ?
Karl.

Karl,
Going through a TT router, this is what we see here:

Hi
We would not be blocking this, if we were , then you would be directed to a holding page when trying to access the website etc. If they have recently changed or updated their IP address, it can take a little time for these to update across our DNS platform.
Trying this here, I get :
nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 79.79.79.80
Server: public-dns-b.as9105.net
Address: 79.79.79.80
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk
Address: 79.99.41.130

We've only just been alerted to this, is seems to be specific to this domain, and only to TT - no other ISP's seem to be having this issue.
If you reprogram the router to use any other DNS Service then it's not a problem.
Have you tried the two commands on you end, as from here, it seems to conclusively a TT infrastructure issue, not a router issue.
However, this is an Ofcom licensed radio stream you appear to be blocking.

Hi
Has this only just started happening ? Is this only affecting radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk
Thanks
Karl.

Thanks for the prompt response.
We tried a full "factory reset" on the router to ensure anything cached is fully flushed out. In addition we've tried it on a friends TT Broadband with the same result.
If you are on a PC then simply put CMD into the search to run a Command window and type the following:
nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 8.8.8.8
this is Google's DNS, and then try TT's DNS by typing:
nslookup radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk 79.79.79.80
As far as I can see this is a 100% repeatable problem.

Hi Paul,
Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session. Could you then retest and let us know if this is still happening please?
Thanks
Michelle
