mailbox.org has locked my 3 email accounts so cannot send anything. Think they want paying to release which I will not do under any circumstances. How can I stop this?
Is this TT doing this?? I am just out of hospital so need to be able to use my emails. It is a major problem for me. I am not aware that I have done anything wrong or know how that German company got my details. If not solved I will have to change broadband companies. Tried online chat with TT but no good at all - waste of 90 mins of my time. 16 Feb 2025 Cannot access my account either

Hi Tuxedo, TalkTalk haven't done this. You need to run antivirus and malware scans on all your internet devices and then reset the passwords for all 3 mailboxes. You should use 3 different brand new passwords yhat you haven't used before on any of them.
