For help with your TalkTalk TV box, channels and apps.

I have spent ages waiting on the phone to talk to an agent. I eventually got a call back and explained to your agent that the D Links you sent me 5 years ago were no faulty and asked if Talk Talk could send me a new pair .
Instead of simply doing that I spent ages on the phone with her trying to explain the problem and she eventually took me through a full factory reset.
The apps then appeared to be working but 5 minutes later when watching something via the guide the screen went blank. The problem is not resolved and never will be unless you can send me two new D Links with new ethernet leads to connect my router to a power point and my box to a power point.
I tried to call you again but for the third time your automated service said you had to check my broadband connection. I already know this is fine!
The texts I receive from you tell me to contact an agent with no instructions on who do do that.
Unless you can send me the equipment required to restore the connection between my TV and router I will seriously have to consider terminating my contract . That would be a pity after some 20 years with you but if you won't provide me with a way of calling one of your agents who can send me the equipment required to resolve my TV access to the Apps I will have no choice.
I have always looked forward to catching up with some programmes I have missed via the guide but that has not been possible over the last few days due to your faulty equipment and apparent unwillingness to replace it when it clearly doesn't work

They simply don't do them any more. And after five years they will long be out of warranty. If you want to keep your connection working as is then you will heed to source your own.

My Router is in the north west corner of the house and my tv and talk talk box is in another room across the hall in the south east corner of the site. Your suggestion is therefore quite impractical.
I would respectfully suggest that Talk Talk source some connectors and provide them.
If not you are failing to provide the service to keep my TV connected to my router.
Alternatively send round an IT engineer to resolve the issue.
I'm singularly unimpressed with your unhelpful response

TalkTalk no longer provide the type of extenders you have. Can you not connect your TV to the router directly with an ethernet cable?
